Explanation
Name the actor, the instrument (Act, scheme, court, State), and why the distractor looked expensive. Tie it back to the day’s reporting without pretending we reprinted the paper.
Wrong-note
After submit, the HTML file builds a short paragraph of only the misses, tagged TN / Union / economy. Copy it into a notebook. Four lines on the first miss: actor, instrument, Union–State map, what remains unsettled. A clean sheet still owes two further-study lines you were thin on.

- Union Name the instrument in today’s file: Article, Act, scheme, court order, or GO — then say who can amend it.
- TN For every Tamil Nadu headline: implementing department, funding head, parent Act or policy note.
- economy If a number appeared, ask which index, which base year, and which body uses it for policy.
- Union Place the story on the Union–State map (Seventh Schedule) before you memorise a proper noun.
- TN Open one comparison: State scheme beside a centrally sponsored scheme that shares the same sector.
- Union Write a four-line mains paragraph from one miss in your wrong-note — actor, instrument, federal angle, what remains unsettled.
